Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

MGM Importers & Exporters, LLC is committed to providing high-quality seafood products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds will only be issued under specific conditions. A refund request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product, accompanied by detailed documentation, such as photos of the product in its original packaging and a description of the issue.

Refunds are only eligible under the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged or spoiled upon delivery.

  • The product delivered does not match the order (wrong product, incorrect quantity).

  • The product has been compromised due to an error on our part during shipping or handling.

Non-Eligible Cases:
Refunds will not be granted for the following:

  • Change of mind or preference.

  • Failure to properly store the product after delivery.

  • Issues resulting from incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

Refund Process and Timeframes

To initiate a refund, customers must notify MGM Importers & Exporters, LLC within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with supporting evidence (photos, descriptions, order details). Once the request is received, we will review the claim and may request further details or evidence.

If the claim is approved, MGM Importers & Exporters, LLC will issue a refund via the original payment method within 7-10 business days. The amount refunded will be limited to the value of the defective or incorrect product and does not include shipping costs, unless the refund relates to an error on our part.

Exceptions and Limitations

MGM Importers & Exporters, LLC reserves the right to deny any refund requests that do not meet the outlined criteria. Additionally, we are not liable for delays, damages, or spoilage that occur due to factors beyond our control, such as incorrect handling by third-party shipping carriers, customs delays, or acts of nature.

In the case of disputes or disagreements regarding refunds, MGM Importers & Exporters, LLC will attempt to resolve the issue amicably. However, MGM Importers & Exporters reserves the right to make the final decision on refund eligibility.

Product Quality Assurance:
While we make every effort to ensure the quality of our products, customers are advised to inspect their orders upon delivery and store the products in compliance with recommended food safety guidelines. Failure to follow proper storage instructions will void any refund eligibility.
